In 1970, Serra Exclusives Real Estate was born in a city called Reus, located in the province of Tarragona, Spain. It all started on the initiative of a family man who had a great motivation to under take, to do business and to attract success to his life.

Action goes hand in hand with learning and that is what happened to our visionary. When his children grew up and reached the right age to learn a profession, he had in mind to pass on his knowledge to them and to make them appreciate the company he had built and was growing.

Five decades of business adventures, situations to solve, great and important decisions... in short, unique and very special moments make up Serra Exclusives.

50 years later we are located in two continents: Europe and America. You can find us in England, exactly in London; also in the Iberian Peninsula, in Reus, Tarragona, the great city of Barcelona; in the Andorran mountains, precisely in the Encamp sector. From the American continent we have projects and potential products for investment funds. Our portfolio covers the following countries: Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, Panama and the Dominican Republic.

We also believe it is important for you to know that we care about the future of our planet, and there fore we do everything possible to implement energy efficiency in all our new and non-new projects.
